Registration fees
Participation fee: 545 €
Members of VGCT* : 495 €
Members of universities: 495 €
Students: 120 €
Speakers: 295 €
(*personal member or as company member 1 per company)
An extra fee of €50.00 will be charged for registrations after 17 June 2026.
Special conditions
In the case of simultaneous multiple registrations from one company, a 10% discount will be granted for the second person and 20% for each additional person.
Cancellation
If a registration is cancelled before June 17, 2026, we will refund the participation fee after deducting a € 50 administration fee. No refund is possible for cancellations after this date.
In the event of non-attendance, the full participation fee must also be paid if no cancellation or no timely cancellation has been made.
